Potato Mezhukkupuratti


Potatoes - 5
Onions chopped - 1 small
Garlic - 2 cloves
Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
Salt - As reqd


1.Heat oil in a pan, add onion, garlic & Potato,
and fry the potatoes and stirring once or twice

2.Add turmeric powder, red chilly powder, asafoetida
and salt and cook over medium-low fire,
till the potatoes are soft.
(if u want u can add curry leaves also)
